ARLINGTON, Va. – Marymount University Director of Athletics, Jamie Reynolds, is happy to announce the newest member of the Marymount Athletics Department, as Stacy Natoli has been named the Assistant Athletics Director for Internal Operations.
Natoli brings Marymount over 14 years of experience in athletics in operations and event management.
"I am thrilled and honored to join the Marymount Saints family and to become the first Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Operations. I would like to thank Athletic Director Jamie Reynolds and the search committee for entrusting me with this new role," Natoli said. "The vision of growth and opportunity that Jamie has for Marymount Athletics and Recreation is exciting, and I cannot wait to get started. I look forward to connecting with the Marymount family to create and provide quality recreational, fitness, and well-being programming to meet the needs of our diverse community."
Natoli has spent the past 12 years at George Mason University, as the Assistant Athletic Director, overseeing nearly 200 intercollegiate athletic events per year.
She was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising event personnel for over 60 athletic competitions, including conference championships and NCAA tournament games. She served as the director of all of the NCAA and conference tournaments hosted by George Mason.
She also oversaw the event management and operations budget, while developing departmental policies, procedures, and strategic plans and assisted coaches and the Deputy Athletic Director in creating competition schedules and game contracts.
"Stacy's experience brings a plethora of strengths to our athletics' leadership team. I am excited to see her grow and succeed in this new role," Reynolds said. "She will not only impact Athletics and our student-athletes, but also our entire Marymount community through her role in expanding our recreation programming.
Along with her role in athletics, Natoli also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at George Mason, teaching Public Speaking from 2014-16.
Before George Mason, she spent two years from 2004-2006 at George Washington University as the Athletics Event Coordinator, overseeing scheduling and operations.
