FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – For the second-straight season, junior utility Conner Hall has made his way onto the All-Capital Athletic Conference squad, the league announced on Tuesday.
Hall, who was named to second team last year, earned a spot on first team on Tuesday as a second baseman. Being one of just two players on the team this season to compete in all 36 games for the Saints, he led Marymount in hits (49), doubles (18), RBI (30), and batting average (.353).
A career-high mark in doubles this season, his 18 rank atop the CAC and place him 26th in the country. Furthermore, at 0.50 doubles per game, he ranks 12th in the nation.
He also finished his junior season with 36 runs, a triple, four home runs, 21 walks, and nine stolen bases.
As a utility, he found himself on the mound in 10 different occasions this season, while making two starts. He finished with a 1-1 record and a save through 21.2 innings of work, striking out 22 batters and giving up 17 earned runs.
This is the fourth award for Hall this season, being named CAC Player of the Week back on April 2, ECAC South Player of the Week and D3baseball.com Team of the Week.
