ASHLAND, Va. – The Marymount University men's golf team finished out the Ted Keller Memorial at Hanover Country Club on Tuesday, placing 10th in the two-day event.
In the second round of 18, the Saints carded a 365 (+81), giving the team a total of 721 (+153) for the event.
Junior John David Coffin shot two strokes better in his second round, hitting a 75 (+4) to lead the team for the second-straight day. He finished with a 152 (+10), placing 15th.
Senior Justin Dobak also improved by two shots during day two, carding an 82 (+11). He finished tied for 39th, with a 166 (+24).
The Saints were rounded out by senior Thomas Farrell and freshman Cole Ardoline. Farrell placed 52nd, carding a 185 (+43), after shooting a 98 (+27) during the second round of 18, while Ardoline finished 55th with a 110 (+39) on day two and a 218 (+76) overall.
Marymount now looks forward to its final competition of the fall season, traveling to Ocean View, Del., for the Atlantic East Fall Break Classic on Monday, October 15.
