Saints close out Hill City Invitational on Tuesday

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Marymount University men's golf team finished the Hill City Invitational at Boonsboro Country Club on Tuesday, placing seventh with a 701 (+63), after shooting a 351 on day two.

Junior John David Coffin led the Saints in the tournament, tying for 10th overall. In the second day of action, he shot an 83 (+11) to finish the a 162.

Senior Justin Dobak and sophomore Ivan Pech tied for 30th, both finishing with a 179. Dobak carded an 87 (+15), while Pech tallied a 90 (+18) during day two.

The Saints' day was finished out by senior Daniel Stone and junior Thomas Farrell. Stone tied for 33rd, after carding a 94 (+22) to finished the invitational with a 184.

Farrell totaled a 194 after shooting a 91 (+19) on the second day, placing 40th.

The Saints will be back in action on Thursday, March 21 at the Wesley Spring Invitational at Maple Dale Country Club.
