YORK, Pa. – The Marymount University women's golf team finished out the Spartan Invitational at the Country Club of York, hosted by York College of Pennsylvania, on Sunday, finishing third overall with a 675 (+91).
Senior Alessandra Bertacche led the Saints by tying for fifth. She carded a 162 (+16) overall, after finishing round two with an 81 (+8).
Freshman Victoria Zarkadas finished the event with a 185 (+39) to tie for 24th, after a 94 (+21) in the second round.
Classmate Janlynn Ngo rounded out the weekend for the Saints, tying for 36th. After a 97 (+24) during day two, improving on her first round score, she finished with a 201 (+55) on her card, overall.
The Saints will be back in action on Saturday, April 13 in the Gettysburg Spring Invitational at Hanover Country Club.
